1. Fire proof

It was tested by the National Center for Quality Supervision and Testing of Fire Building Materials (NFTC). Its fireproof level is rated level A (nonflammable level)

2.mold and mildew proof

It is resistance for bacterial, mold, and mildew growth. That makes it suitable for the buildings in need of health likes hospitals and kindergartens since bacterial resistance is of utmost importance.

3.rust proof

It will not recurrent halogen, so it will not rust the nails, screws and steels, it’s suitable to be used in the humid areas and seaside.

4. Soundproof

It is proved to have good noise insulation property after inspected by the National Center for Quality Supervision and Testing of Fire Building Materials (NFTC), The noise insulation factor of the wall can reach 44dB and 47dB. It has the best noise insulation constitution in China, especially the 95mm wall comprised by the 10mm board.It is light, it can save time, space, weight and expense. It is a new and high efficient wall.

5. Heat insulation

It has heat prevention material incorporated, it has great feature of heat prevention. Thermal resistance is 1.14m2k/w.

6. Environmental friendly

MgO fireproof board is made of natural inorganic material. It does not contain asbestos and methyl alcohol. It is low radiation. The environmental friendly effect is in accordance with the national standard.

A. Laboratory, integral testing process from raw materials to finished product till loading containers will be done by our factory, and we have very strict and professional QC system, raw material ,steam curing(curing time ,curing temperature) cutting, selection of high quality boards, finally our engineer will test its properties before loading, packing . Every step can control the quality very strictly.
